上海作为国家首批跨境电子商务试点城市之一，上海市政府高度重视中国（上海）跨境电子商务综合试验区建设，深入贯彻落实国务院办公厅《关于促进跨境电子商务健康快速发展的指导意见》等精神跨境贸易电子商务服务平台上海漕河泾综合保税区，围绕着《中国（上海）跨境电子商务综合试验区实验方案》跨境贸易电子商务服务平台，大力推进跨境电子商务综合试验区建设，着重推进以贸易便利化为重点的跨境电子商务货物监管制度创新、以“单一窗口”模式为基础的跨境电子商务服务体系、以跨境电子商务示范园区建设为抓手的产业功能布局，以及以鼓励创新为特色的市场环境建设。上海口岸累计有10个特殊监管区域完成监管点建设工作，为产业发展提供了良好区域支撑环境。
